With over 28 years of experience and 22 stamping presses at our disposal we can produce everything from highly complicate high volume progressive stamping to deep drawing and low volume manual feeding based stampings. Our 2kW fiber optic laser cutter cuts flat high precision parts of sheet metal without the high initial investment cost or lead time that comes with tooling fabrication. \u00a0The high effect beam and fast setup-up time enables us to process everything from one-off jobs to serial mass production in a wide variety of metals in various thicknesses.<\/p>\n

Prototyping<\/h2>\n

We assist in prototype development for parts whose mass production tooling is currently under development. By utilizing our laser cutter, press break and the fabrication of soft tools we can greatly reduce lead time whilst complying with the functionality of the part.<\/p>\n

Estampado<\/h2>

Tenemos procesos\u00a0 de troquelado para prensas con capacidad m\u00e1xima de 300 toneladas donde montamos troqueles progresivos y a pasos para bajos vol\u00famenes.<\/p>

Corte l\u00e1ser<\/h2>

Para desarrollar piezas planas con vol\u00famenes bajos as\u00ed como\u00a0 prototipos contamos con maquina de corte laser Trumpf de doble cabezal para corte de l\u00e1mina de metal.<\/p>

Apoyados con softwares dise\u00f1amos y fabricamos los troqueles y dispositivos necesarios para cumplir con las especificaciones de dimensiones y funcionamiento de las diferentes partes que producimos.<\/p>

Ensamble de piezas troqueladas con fasteners<\/h2>

De acuerdo a solicitud del cliente realizamos ensambles de partes troqueladas con partes maquinadas y fasteners, nos aseguramos de la calidad de los ensambles haciendo pruebas de desprendimiento excediendo los par\u00e1metros que nos fijan nuestros clientes.<\/p>

Prototipos<\/h2>

Tenemos la capacidad de desarrollar Herramientas temporales (soft tools) para fabricar lotes de prototipos en corto tiempo, incluyendo segundas operaciones, para ello nos apoyamos en nuestros procesos de erosionado de hilo y corte de l\u00e1ser.<\/p>
